CLEMENTS William Crissie Clements, 74, of 1370 Terri St., died Feb., 18, 1980 in Potomac Valley Hospital. He was born in Garrett, and was a son of the late William and Mary (Crissie) Clements. Twice married, he was preceded in death by his first wife Helen Rose Clements. He had owned and operated Clements Jewelers in Keyser, W. Va. He was a member of the First United Methodist Church and the Methodist Men. He was also a member of the Senior Citizens of Mineral County and the Retail Merchants Association of Keyser. He is survived by his wife Margaret E. (Rhodes) Clements; three sons, William Lee Clements, Bel Air, Robert F. Clements, Sterling, Va., and John M. Clements, at home; and two grandchildren. Friends were received at the Markwood Funeral Home Chapel. Services were conducted in the funeral home chapel by Rev. Duane Waters. Interment will be in Potomac Memorial Gardens.
