  ERNEST CLEVENGER
  
    Ernest Jake Clevenger, 68, of 1707 Third Street, South Connellsville,
  died Tuesday, Dec. 17, 1974, in the Connellsville Hospital.  Born March 11,
  1906, near Kingwood, he was a son of the late Frederick and Laura (Shultz)
  Clevenger.
    He was a retired employee of Anchor-Hocking Corporation.
    Surviving are his wife, Ida; three sons, Irvin E. of Pittsburgh; Elwood.
  M., Somerset RD 6; and Charles E., Meyersdale RD 1; three daughters, Mrs.
  William Steinrich, Salisbury RD 1; Mrs. Roy Hoffman, Buena Park, Calif.;
  and Mrs. Newton Margulies, Newport Beach, Calif.; also 16 grandchildren,
  eight great-grandchildren; three brothers, Edward of Redkey, Ind.; Charles
  of Confluence RD 1; and Leroy of Markleysburg; and a sister, Mrs. Elsie
  Wagner, also of Markleysburg.
    Funeral service was held Saturday afternoon in Brooks Funeral Home in
  Connellsville, with Rev. Clifford Moore officiating.  Interment in
  Paddytown Cemetery near Kingwood.
