Clinedinst, 68, Hyndman, formerly of Cumberland, MD, and Corriganville, MD, died Tuesday, Jan. 16, 1990, at Meyersdale Community Hospital. Born Sept. 9. 1921 in Wellersburg, she was a daughter of the late Durbin J. and Orpha J. (Colledge) Hockenberry. She was preceded in death by her husband, John P. Clinedinst, in 1982, and two brothers, a sister, and three grandsons. She was a retired cook, and had been employed at Cas Taylor's and Green Fern restaurants, Cumberland, MD. She is survived by three daughters, Mrs. Virginia Hosselrode, Hyndman; Mrs. Irene Divelbliss, Cumberland, MD: and Mrs. Shirley Chancy, RD 1, Buffalo Mills; two brothers, Ernest Hockenberry and Kenneth Hockenberry, Bahama Islands; three sisters, Mrs. Ruth Reed, Barrelville, MD; Mrs. Hazel Cowgill, Cumberland, MD; and Mrs. Mildred Cowgill, Paw Paw, W.Va.; nine grandchildren, and seven great-grandchildren. Friends were received at the Harvey H. Zeigler Funeral Home where services were conducted Friday at 11 a.m by the Rev. Joseph R. Stains. Interment, Palo Alto Hilltop Cemetery. Pallbearers were Devon Hosslerode, DeLoss Murphy, Gary Troutman, Jack Minnick, Jesse Chaney. The Republic, January 25, 1990 [C0555]
