  CLINGER
  
  Helen Clinger, 56, Kantner Ave., Somerset, died Feb. 8, 1982, in Windber
  Hospital.  She was born July 28, 1925, in Bedford County, daughter of the
  late Thomas L. and Stella (Eltman) Harvey.  Survived by her husband, G.
  Wesley; two stepdaughters, Vickie Grimminger and Sue Ellen Hubschman, both
  of Mt. Holly, N.J.; and two step-grandchildren.  She was a sister of Robert
  T. Harvey, married to Ruth, Somerset; Kenneth, married to the former Nancy
  Ross, Sherman, Texas; and Mrs. Robert (Jacqueline) Barnett, Somerset RD
  1.  She was a graduate of Somerset High School and Conemaugh Valley
  Memorial Hospital School of Nursing, Johnstown.  She was retired operating
  room supervisor at Somerset Community Hospital and later was employed at
  Siemon's Lakeview Manor.  Friends will be received after 2 p.m. Wednesday
  (today) in Robert H. Halverson Funeral Home where service will be conducted
  Thursday 1:30 p.m., the Rev. James R. Ling.  Interment, Somerset County
  Memorial Park.
