  Catherine V. Clites, 77, Berlin RD 4, died Oct. 15, 1989, in her home. 
  Born July 8, 1912, in Somerset County.  Preceded in death by husband, Guy
  C., and foster parents, Edward M. and Mary E. Knepper.  Survived by these
  children: Robert, Manheim, Timothy, married to the former Susan Fisher,
  Berlin RD 4, and Mrs. Glen (Carolyn) Fertig, Natrona Heights; 5
  grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren.  Sister of Annie Meyers, Midland,
  Md.  Member of Brothersvalley Church of the Brethren and Ridge
  Homemakers.  Family will receive friends from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Monday at
  Deaner Funeral Home, BERLIN, where service will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday,
  Rev. Kenneth A. Davis officiating.  Interment, I.O.O.F. Cemetery, Berlin.
