  ROY CARL CLITES
  
    Roy Carl Clites, 86, of Ellerslie, Md.; Oct. 14, 1979 at Memorial
  Hospital.
    He was born Sept. 4, 1893 in Hyndman, Pa., RD 1, he was a son of the late
  Daniel Clites and Sarah (Porter) Clites.  He was preceded in death by his
  wife, Lulu (Snowden) Clites, in 1970.
    Mr. Clites was a retired conductor for the Pennsylvania Railroad with
  almost 47 years of service.  He was a deacon at the Redeemer's United
  Church of Christ, Ellerslie, Md.; and was a member of the Senior Citizens
  of the Cumberland, Md.; Elks Club.
    Surviving are four sons, Paul M. Clites, Duncansville, Pa.; Montell
  Clites, Hyndman, Pa.; Roy C. Clites Jr., Detroit, Mich.; and Ronald S.
  Clites, Hyndman, Pa., RD 1; one daughter, Mrs. Anna Jean Liebegott,
  Duncansville, Pa.; one sister, Mrs. Nina Bohn, Hyndman, Pa., RD 1; 13
  grandchildren and 14-great grandchildren.
    Friends were received at the Ziegler Funeral Home, Hyndman, Pa., where a
  service was conducted by the Rev. James D. Myers.  Interment will be in
  Cook's Mills Cemetery, Hyndman, Pa., RD 1.
