CLITZ Harvey Edward Clitz, 77, Hyndman RD 1, died Sept. 10, 1974, in Somerset County Home for the Aged, Berlin, where he had been a patient for 16 months. Born Aug. 27, 1897, in Southampton Township, he was a son of the late Noah and Laura Belle (Kennell) Clitz. He was a retired employe of the B&O Railroad's Bolt and Forge Shop and was a Golden Eagle with Aerie 245, Fraternal Order of Eagles. Surviving are a brother, Oscar R. Clitz, Hyndman RD 1; and three sisters, Mrs. Blanche Pushwal, Cumberland; and Mrs. Ruth Schroyer and Mrs. Grace Kennell, both of Hyndman RD 1. Funeral service was conducted Friday afternoon in Comps Church, with Rev. Leroy Logsdon officiating. Interment in Comps Cemetery under the direction of Zeigler Funeral Home, Hyndman.
