  Jeffery Lynn Close, 21, Somerset RD 3, died May 16, 1986, at Presbyterian
  University Hospital, Pittsburgh.  Born Dec. 3, 1964, in Somerset, son of
  Wayne F. and Nora G. (Fisher) Close, Somerset RD 3.  Preceded in death by
  paternal grandparents: Harry and Elda Mae Close.  Survived by his maternal
  grandparents, John Harold and Lola Fisher, Somerset RD 4; and these
  brothers and sisters, Carolyn J., Wayne E. and Marlene A., all of Somerset
  RD 3.  A 1984 graduate of Somerset Area High School and Somerset County
  Area Vocational-Technical School.  Friends received from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m.
  Monday at the Hauger-Zeigler Funeral Home, where services will be held
  Tuesday at 10 a.m. with the Rev. Blair Harshbarger officiating.  Interment,
  Sipesville Cemetery.  Family suggests contributions be made to the
  Hemophialia Center of Western PA., 7th Floor Central Blood Bank, 203 DeSoto
  St., Pittsburgh, Pa. 15213.
