  Louise E. Close, 70, of Confluence died Nov. 30, 1993, at Fayette Health
  Care Center, Uniontown.  Born May 12, 1923, in Henry Clay Township.  A
  daughter of the late Clyde and Ida (Reckner) Bowlin.  Preceded in death by
  husband, W. Scott Close, in 1967.  Also a brother Charles Bowlin and
  sister, Ruth Thomas.  Survived by a daughter, Patricia, married to James D.
  Keslar of Confluence; a son, Randall S., married to Audrey Close of
  Somerset, and five grandchildren: Scott, Bart and Courtney Close and Shawn
  and Sharla Keslar.  Also three sisters: Pearl Lancaster, Cleveland, Ohio;
  Leona Collins, N. Ridgeville, Ohio, and Olive Sleek, Jennerstown, and a
  brother, Carl Bowlin of Confluence.  Member of the Johnson Chapel United
  Methodist Church.  Friends will be received from 2 until 9 p.m. Thursday at
  the Humbert Funeral Home, Confluence, where services will be held at 1 p.m.
  Friday, with Rev. David Lee officiating.  Interment, Somerset County
  Memorial Park.  Memorial contributions may be sent to the Johnson Chapel
  United Methodist Church, RD 1 Confluence, PA 15424.
