  Mona Jean (Clevenger) Close, 63, of Confluence, died Nov. 4, 2001 at
  Somerset Hospital.  Born June 3, 1938 in Confluence.  Daughter of the late
  Charles "Beaver" and Pancy I. (Johnson) Clevenger.  In addition to her
  parents, she is preceded in death by sister Reba Woods and brothers Harold,
  Fred and Danial Clevenger.  Survived by husband Paul F. Close; children,
  Donald M. Weimer, married to the former Kimberly Close, and Steve Weimer
  all of Confluence; step-children Diane, married to Brian Schrock of New
  Centerville and Paul F. "Buddie" Close Jr., married to the former Vickie
  Maust of Somerset.  Also four grandchildren and numerous nieces and
  nephews.  Sister of Bonetta Johnson of Confluence and Barbara Beal of
  Somerset.  Member of Kingdom Hall of Jehovah Witness, Somerset.  Memorial
  services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday in the Kingdom Hall, Somerset with
  speaker James Kinneer officiating.  Interment will be private.  Arrangements
  under the direction of the Robert H. Halverson Funeral Home.
