Survived by wife Helen Cober and sons Charles Jr. of Tenn. and Ronnie Lee of Mt. Dora, Fla.; brothers Robert of Somerset and Harold of Daytona Beach, Fla.; five grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren. Life member of VFW, ANVETS, belonged to American Legion, Eagles and was a master mason at Gas City, Ind. was the organist for the Masonic Temple, Past Patron of Order of Easter Stars and a tail gunner on a B24 in World War II.
