  COCHRANE
  
    Donald B. Cochrane, 73, of St. Petersburg, Florida, formerly of Rockwood,
  died Thursday, Jan. 28, 1993 at University General Hospital, Seminole.
    He was born in Rockwood, and came to St. Petersburg in 1968 from
  Pennsylvania. 
    He retired from the Parks Department of the city of St. Petersburg.
    During World War II, he served in the Army.  He was a Lutheran.
    He was married to Mary Jane Rhodes.
    Survivors include his mother, Amelia Cochrane, Clearwater, Fla.; two
  sisters, Charlotte Marteney, Crossville, Tenn., and Mary Jane Rhodes,
  Ridgely, Tenn.
    Funeral arrangements under the direction of Osgood-Cloud Funeral Home,
  Pinellas Park.  Interment Bay Pines National Park Cemetery.
