  COCHRANE
  
    Mrs. Irene E. Cochrane, 72, of Six Mile Run, died Tuesday, Feb. 1, at
  Blair Memorial Hospital, Huntingdon, following a brief illness.  She was
  born July 14, 1892 in Salisbury, a daughter of Griffith and Matilda
  (Mosholder) Thomas.
    She is survived by her husband, George Cochrane; four daughters, Mrs.
  Corbin Morell of Doylestown, Ohio.  Mrs. Elmer Prosser of Six Mile Run, Mrs.
  Russell Lewis of Aitch, Pa., Mrs. John Burdge, Canal Zone, Panama, Mrs.
  Grady Carter of Uniontown, Ohio; one son, Thomas G. Cochrane, Monaca, Pa.;
  25 grandchildren and 46 great-grandchildren. One brother, Gilbert Thomas of
  Saxton also survives.
    The remains were brought to the Thomas Funeral Home in Salisbury where
  funeral service was held Friday at 1 p.m., the Rev. Charles F. Hess,
  Methodist minister from Saxton, officiating.  Interment in IOOF Cemetery.
