  COCHRANE
  
  Marshall Joseph Cochrane 70, of Meyersdale RD 3, died Wednesday, Jan. 6,
  1993, at Meyersdale Manor Nursing Home.  Born at Salisbury on Oct. 17, 1922,
  he was a son of the late Arthur and Mary Josephine(McKenzie) Cochrane.
  Survivors include 2 sons: Joseph W., Charles Town, W. Va.; Jeffrey A.,
  Salisbury; a daughter, Janice M., Mathias Meyersdale; a half sister, Pearl
  Sipple, Meyersdale; 3 grandchildren and 1 great grandson. Army veteran of
  World War II.  Past commander of Salisbury VFW.  Friends will be received
  from 3-5 and 7-9 Thursday at Newman Funeral Home, Salisbury, where services
  will be conducted at 2 p.m. Friday, with the Rev. David E. Felter
  officiating.  Interment Grantsville.
