  HARRIET EMMA COGAN
  
    Harriet Emma Cogan, 64, of Meyersdale RD 4t died Aug. 10, 1983, Sacred
  Heart Hospital. Cumberland, Md.
    She was born Jan. 21, 1919, in Derry a daughter of the late David M. and
  Florence (Struble) Barnhart. Also preceded in death by an infant son, 
  Robert, and a brother, John.
    She is survived by her husband, Robert H., and three sons: William D. and
  Larry, both of Meyersdale RD 4; and James L. of Farmington; two
  grand-daughters: Rebecca and Anna.
    Also survived by a step-mother, Elsie Barnhart and a step-brother, Robert
  Barnhart, both of Latrobe.
    She was a member of the New Hope United Church of Christ where she served
  as a Sunday school teacher, choir member, Ladies Circle and Helping Hand 
  Sewing Club for the past 32 years.
    Friends were received at the Price Funeral Home, Meyersdale, where
  services were conducted with Rev. Dr. Paul Westcoat officiating.  
    Interment, White Oak Cemetery.
