  EDITH COLBORN
  
  Edith L. Colborn, 94, of Alexandria, Va., died at her home of congestive
  heart failure on Dec. 22, 1995.
  Born in Meyersdale, she made her home in Connellsville from 1927 to
  1954.  She was a house director at Cornell University in Ithaca. N.Y., at
  the time of her retirement and subsequent move to Alexandria in 1968.
  She was the daughter of Emmanuel M. Lichty and Annie Walker,
  Meyersdale.  Her husband, William Owen Colborn of Confluence, died in
  1928.  She is survived by her daughter, Mary C. Francis, with whom she made
  her home.
  There will be a memorial service at St. Clement's Episcopal Church,
  Alexandria, at 1 p.m. Jan. 7.  Interment, Meyersdale Cemetery.
