Colflesh, 83, Levelgreen, formerly of Ursina, died Dec. 9, 2004, at Cedars Home in Monroeville. He was born Feb. 22, 1921, in Somerset, a son of the late John and Mary Colflesh. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by two brothers, Dale and Paul. He is survived by his wife, Alverda Rugg Colflesh; son, Rick and his wife, Ellen, Morgantown, W.Va.; daughter, Sandy Smith and her husband Barry, Kingston, Mass.; brother, Victor Colflesh, Confluence; four sisters, Lois Braid, Ashtabula, Ohio; Carrie Weimer, Masontown; Waneda Rugg, New Jersey; Jean Brake, Confluence; four grandchildren: Sherree, Sara, Kristin and Karey; numerous nieces and nephews. Prior to his retirement, Ronald was employed as a welder by the Westinghouse Airbrake with 37 years of service. He was a member of the Norwin Church of the Nazarene, Levelgreen Senior Citizens, American Legion Post 946 of Ursina, Levelgreen Lions. He is a World War II veteran having served in the U.S. Army. Friends will be received from 4 to 8 p.m. Saturday and 4 to 8 p.m. Sunday at the James W. Shirley Funeral Home Inc., Clay Pike, Circleville, Northern Huntington. A funeral service will be held 10 a.m. Monday at Norwin Nazarene Church. The Rev. David Troxler officiating. Please go directly to the church.
