Telford "Ted" Coleman, 73, of Somerset died Feb. 1, 1994, at Montefiore Hospital, Pittsburgh. Born June 16, 1920, in Friedens. Son of Nellie Belle (Cook) Coleman of Somerset and the late Reginald Lambert Coleman. Also preceded by one sister, Miriam E. Coleman. Survived by wife, the former Mary Helen Sanner, and these children: James A. Coleman, married to the former Rebecca Zito; John G. Coleman and Jeffrey Z. Coleman, married to the former Swan Revello, all of Somerset; granddaughter; Theresa Coleman. Also brother, Vernon C. Coleman, married to the former Ethelene "Shortee" Tall, of Somerset, and sister, Ms. Sally Payne, Casselberry, Fla. Nephews: Randy C. Coleman of Somerset and Gerald K. Coleman of Pittsburgh; niece, Rachael Payne of Casselberry, Fla.; great-nephew, Jesse Coleman, and great-niece, Kimberly Coleman, both of Somerset. Partner in Coleman Brothers Enterprises, which he founded with his brother, Vernon, in 1946. U.S. Army veteran of World War II, serving in the 1302 Special Engineer Regiment. Member of First Christian Church, Loyal Order of the Moose Lodge 973, American Legion Post 181 and VFW Post 554, where he had been a member of the former Krause Cadets Drum and Bugle Corps. Friends will be received from 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday and 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday at Hauger-Zeigler Funeral Home, where service will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, the Rev. Paul P.
