"Bud" Colflesh, 78, Rogers City, Mich., died June 22, 2004, at his home. He was born Oct. 19, 1925, in Harnedsville, a son of the late Roy and Mabel (Speicher) Colflesh. Also preceded in death by wife, Lorraine (Blair); a sister, Mae Fike and three brothers, Lawrence "Bill", Robert and Terry. Survived by four children: sons, Jimmie, and wife Dorothy, Danny and wife, Pat, daughters, Lorrie, and husband Dave Tulgeske and Karen and husband Terry Fogleman all of Michigan; eight grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; two sisters, Pearle Bittner, Friendsville, Md., and Helen and husband Mahlon Tressler, Confluence, and a brother, Joseph Colflesh, Monroe, N.C. He served in the U.S. Navy in the Florida Keys during World War II and retired from Federal Mogul Manufacturing in 1988. A funeral service was held June 25 in Rogers City at the Brietzke Funeral Home. Interment in Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Military honors accorded by VFW Post 607.
