  COLFLESH
  
  Robert Richard Colflesh, 66, of Portsmouth, Va., died Oct. 4, 2002 in
  Portsmouth.  A native of Confluence, he retired from the U.S. Navy after 22
  years of service and was a veteran of Korea and Vietnam and a member of the
  VFW.  He is survived by his wife Gertie R. Colflesh, five children, seven
  stepchildren, two sisters, two brothers, 20 grandchildren and seven
  great-grandchildren.  A graveside service with military honors was held
  Monday, Oct. 7, in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens in Portsmouth.
