    Juanita G. Collins, 61, of, Moatsville, W. Va., formerly of Confluence RD
  2, died suddenly at her home May 17, 1979.
    Surviving are her husband, John M., of Moatsville, W. Va.; four sons:
  Andrew B., Slippery Rock; Lawrence E., Forest Hills, Md.; Thomas, of
  Listonburg; and John J., of Moatsville, W. Va.; also two daughters: Mrs.
  Doris Turk, Baltimore, Md.; and Mrs. Judith Rice, Confluence RD 2; and five
  grandchildren.
    Friends were received at the Bartlett Funeral Home, Grafton, W. Va. 
  Interment, Shiloh Cemetery.
