LOREN COLLINS

  Funeral services were held Sunday afternoon for Sgt. Loren Collins, 26, at his 
late home in Ohiopyle.  The VFW of Confluence and Addison with the Rev. J. L. 
Koosier of the Ohiopyle Methodist Church were in charge of the services.
  Loren was inducted into the service July 8, 1942, and met his death at Troy, 
France, August 25, 1944.
  He is survived by his mother, Mrs. Mary Collins; one sister, Mrs. James May 
Jr., Confluence, and two brothers, James and Lewis.
  Interment was made in Greenridge Memorial Park of Pennsville, the Humbert 
morticians in charge.
