  COLLINS
  
  Lori Ann Collins, 12, of Listonburg, died Saturday May 21, 1977.  Born
  November 24, 1964, in Meyersdale, daughter of Thomas and Donna (Fisher)
  Collins, she is survived by her parents, paternal grandparents, Mr. and
  Mrs. John Collins of Moatsville, W. Va., and her maternal grandmother, Mrs.
  Fern Fisher, Listonburg.  She was a member of the Addison Girl Scout Troop
  3110.  Friends are being received at the Humbert Funeral Home in Confluence
  where funeral services will be held Tuesday at 1:30 p. m., with the Rev.
  Arthur Gotjen officiating.  Interment, Addison Cemetery.
