  Louisa W. Collins, 93, Somerset RD 3, died Oct. 10, 1996, at Somerset
  Patriot Manor, Somerset.  Born April 19, 1903, in Masontown.  Daughter of
  the late Ewing and Esta (Lowe) Walters.  Also preceded in death by husband,
  Charles Homer Collins, who died Nov. 27, 1968; daughter, Doris Anderson;
  grandson, Jacques Anderson; sister, Idella Reckner and 2 brothers, Harold
  and Lawrence Walters.  Survived by daughter, Betty L. Collins, Somerset RD
  3.  Member of Trinity Lutheran Church, Somerset, and Order of Eastern Star
  Chapter 263 of Uniontown.  Friends received from 2 to 5 p.m. Friday only at
  the Hauger-Zeigler Funeral Home, where services will be conducted at 10 a.m.
  Saturday with the Rev. Clarence Moore officiating.  Interment, Somerset
  County Memorial Park.  Contributions may be given to: Trinity Lutheran
  Church, 918 Tayman Ave., Somerset, PA 15501.
