  Naomi Fazenbaker Collins, 82, Somerset, died July 13, 1996 at Easy Living
  Estates, Somerset.  Born March 15, 1914 in Addison, daughter of Walter and
  Donna (Mitchell) Fazenbaker.  Preceded in death by parents; husband, John
  Joseph Collins; brothers, Edward Lewis, David and Walter Fazenbaker; and
  sisters, Mary Rowe, Eveline Durst, Nancy Tishue-Friend, twin sister Ruth
  Fazenbaker and Alice Fazenbaker.  Survived by a number of nieces and
  nephews.  Graduate of Confluence High school and California State Teachers
  College.  Member of Somerset County Welfare League, Home Aid Somerset
  American Legion, Somerset County Country Club, the Ladies Golf Association
  and American Contract Bridge League.  Taught school seven years in the
  Addison Township school system.  Memorial services will be conducted at
  2:30 p.m., Saturday, Aug. 10 at Hauger-Zeigler Funeral Home, with the Rev.
  Richard McClintock officiating.  Interment, Somerset County Memorial
  Park.  Contributions may be made to Somerset "In Touch" Hospice, 651 S.
  Center Ave., Somerset, Pa. 15501 and Somerset Welfare
