  MRS. EMMA F. COMMONS
  
    Mrs. Emma (Finegan) Commons, 68, of Meyersdale, died June 27 in
  Meyersdale Community Hospital.
    Born September 6, 1897, in Meyersdale, she was a daughter of the late
  John Finegan and Mrs. Hannah (Rowe) Finegan.
    She is survived by three children: Jack Commons of Pittsburgh; Harry
  Commons, Frostburg, and Mrs. Harry Sheehan Mansfield, Ohio; four
  grandchildren; and one brother, Harry A. Finegan of Meyersdale.
    Her husband J. Roy Commons died in 1952.
    Mrs. Commons was past president of the Meyersdale American Legion
  Auxiliary and of the Somerset County Legion Auxiliary.  She was also a
  member of the Meyersdale War Mothers.
    Service was held June 29 at the Price Funeral Home with Dr. R. C.
  Ehrheart officiating.  Interment was in the Union Cemetery.
    The County American Legion Auxiliary had services Tuesday at the funeral
  home.
