  ERMA L. COMPTON
  
    Mrs. Erma L. Compton, 69, of Winchester Road, died February 12 in Lions
  Manor Nursing Home.
    Born near Meyersdale, she was a daughter of the late G. W. Tressler and
  Susan (Bittner) Tressler.
    Mrs. Compton was a life member of Grace Reformed Independent Bible Church
  at White Oak near Meyersdale.
    Surviving are her husband, R. Stanley Compton; a son, Leonard Compton,
  Markleton RD 1; two daughters, Mrs. Idella Kennell, Somerset; Mrs. Joyce
  Stoner, Hagerstown, Md.; four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
    Friends will be received at the Price Funeral Home, Meyersdale, where
  services will be conducted Thursday at 2 p.m. by the Rev. Lloyd Trout. 
  Interment will be in White Oak Cemetery.
