ALFRED CONN

  Alfred Conn, aged 62, of Upper Turkeyfoot Township, died last Friday night at 
his home, following an illness of several months. He suffered a stroke of 
paralysis eight months ago and gangrene developed a few weeks ago.  He was a 
retired farmer.
  His wife passed away five years ago.  Surviving are these children:  Mrs. 
David McClintock of Upper Turkeyfoot Township; Mrs. Porter McClintock, of 
Addison Township; and James Conn, with whom he resided.  He was a brother of 
Mrs. Sarah Huff, of Pittsburgh.  
  Funeral services were conducted Monday afternoon in the Mt. Zion United 
Brethren Church, in charge of Rev. E. L. Tantlinger, followed by interment in 
the church cemetery, in charge of Mills & Mickey, Rockwood morticians.
