  CONN
  
  Betty L. Conn, 73, of Confluence RD 1 died Dec. 21, 1998, at her home. 
  Born Nov. 6, 1925, in Confluence.  A daughter of the late Paul and Sadie L.
  (Burnworth) Hyatt.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by
  her husband, Charles Conn Jr.  She is survived by a daughter, Collene,
  married to Wilbert Kemp, Confluence; four grandchildren: Charles Alan Kemp,
  Kimberly Oliver, Andrea and Michelle Kemp; and four great-grandchildren:
  Eric and Jeffrey Kemp and Elizabeth and Jennifer Oliver.  Also a brother,
  Donald Hyatt of Confluence.  She was a member and secretary-treasurer of
  the Draketown Community Church.  Friends will be received from 2 until 9
  p.m. today, Wednesday, at the Humbert Funeral Home, Confluence.  Funeral
  services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday in the Draketown Community
  Church, with the Rev. Weldon Peary officiating.  Interment will follow in
  Jersey Cemetery.
