  James Ray Conn, 71, Confluence RD 1, died Nov. 14, 1986, at his home.  Born
  July 29, 1915, in Lower Turkeyfoot Township, a son of Charles and Adeline
  (Porterfield) Conn.  He is survived by his wife, the former Mary Nicola;
  one daughter, Mrs. Dixie Hyatt of Confluence RD 1; one granddaughter, Cindy
  Humbert, Confluence; one grandson, Terry Hyatt, Confluence RD 1; two
  great-grandchildren; four brothers: Hillery, Charles, Fred and Richard, all
  of Confluence RD 1; and two sisters: Francis Kreger and Verna Kreger, both
  of Confluence RD 1.  He was preceded in death by three brothers and one
  sister.  Friends are being received at the Humbert Funeral Home,
  Confluence, where funeral service will be held Monday at 1:30 p.m. with the
  Rev. Harry Welch officiating.  Interment, Jersey Cemetery.
