  CONN
  
  Robert D. Conn, 60, of 120 Huston Lane, Confluence, died April 21, 1999, at
  Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center, Johnstown.  Born Jan. 25, 1939, in
  Draketown, a son of Walter Scott and Olive (Plume) Conn.  Preceded in death
  by parents and a brother, Walter "Jack" Conn.  He is survived by his wife,
  Eileen (Heinbaugh) Conn; and sons, Dale Scott of Frederick, Md., Jeffrey
  Keith and Eric Lynn, both of Confluence; 2 grandchildren, Ariana Dawn and
  Seth Andrew Conn; sisters, Patricia Lewis of Friedens, Shirley Holliday,
  Linda Margroff, Kay Bowlin and Debra Conn, all of Confluence; and a
  brother, Ronald Conn of Confluence.  He was a veteran of the U.S. Army and
  Navy.  A member of the Confluence VFW Post 7250 and Union Local 66
  Operating Engineers.  Friends will be received from 7-9 p.m. Friday and 10
  a.m. to 9 p.m. Saturday at Humbert Funeral Home in Confluence, where
  services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Sunday, with Pastor Nevin Umbel
  officiating.  Interment in Jersey Cemetery.
