  CONNOR
  
  Charles P. (Sam) Connor, 73, Friedens RD 2, died June 13, 1985, at
  Aspinwall V.A. Hospital.  Born June 17, 1911, in Somerset Township, son of
  the late Peter M. and Maggie (Livengood) Connor.  Also preceded in death by
  three sisters and three brothers.  Survived by his wife, the former Ruth
  Davis, and these children: Edward P., Somerset RD 2; James R., Friedens RD
  2; Mrs. Lynn (Janet) Airsman, Berlin RD 4; a brother James Clifford, Indian
  Head; and four grandchildren.  Member of Friedens Lutheran Church and the
  Greenleaf Hunting Club.  He is a retiree of Bethlehem Steel Co., and a
  veteran of World War II.  Friends will be received from 7-9 p.m. Friday and
  2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Saturday at Richard E. Hauger Funeral Home, where services
  will be held at 1:30 p.m. Sunday with the Rev. James Ling officiating. 
  Interment, Friedens Cemetery.
