  CONRAD
  
  Eleanor W. Conrad, 58, of Friedens RD 1, passed away on Nov. 19, 1977 at
  5:15 p.m. in the Conemaugh Valley Hospital, Johnstown.  She was born in
  Dubois, May 20, 1919, a daughter of Charles G. Wheeland and Adelia
  Hughes.  Formerly of Dubois, she resided in Friedens for the last six
  years.  She was a member of the First United Methodist Church, Dubois.  She
  belonged  to the Eastern Star, the Vivian Brown Sunday School Class, and the
  Nautilist Club.  She is survived by her husband, John J. Conrad; one
  daughter, Mrs. Albert (Judy) Hodge, Dubois; and by one son, Paul L. Conrad,
  stationed at Port Smith. Va., with the U.S. Navy.  She is also survived by
  four grandchildren and these four sisters: Mrs. Donald (Charlotte) Curray,
  Dubois; Ruth Carlstrom, Springville, New  York; Helen Boner, Renova; and
  Carol Candor of Lock Haven.  She was preceded in death by her parents, one
  brother and one sister.  Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 11 a.m.
  from the First United Methodist Church, Dubois, with the Rev Fred Morris
  and the Rev. Claude Hunsberger officiating.  Interment will be at the
  Morningside Cemetery. Dubois.  The family will receive friends on Monday
  from 2 to 4 p.m. and from 7 to 9 p.m. at the Mohney-Yargar Funeral Chapel,
  Dubois.  Eastern Star services will also be held at the funeral  home on
  Monday at 7:30 p.m.
