  Mary E. (Mankamyer) Conroy, 92, of Farmington, Pa., died Nov. 26, 1994, at
  the home of her son Clyde.  Born Dec. 7, 1901, in Sand Patch, Pa. The last
  surviving member of the Christopher and Martha (Murray) Mankamyer
  family.  Preceded in death by her parents; her first husband, Lewis Knepp;
  second husband, James Conroy, and these brothers and sisters: Bud, Jim and
  Elmer Mankamyer, Leora Wright, Florence Rochow, Viola Petenbrink and Naomi
  Shockey.  Survived by daughters: Annabelle Slaymaker, Orlando, FL., and
  Catherine Vamdell, Elyria, Ohio; son: Clyde Knepp. Farmington RD 1; seven
  grandchildren: Richard Varndell and Lonnie Owens, both of Elyria, Ohio:
  Ronald Varndell, Dublin, CA.; Gerald Knepp, Somerset; Alan Knepp, New
  Kensington; Wayne Slaymaker and Renee King, both of Orlando, FL. Also 15
  great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.  Friends received
  from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Monday at the Price Funeral Home, Meyersdale.
  Service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Tuesday. with Pastor Carolyn S.
  Willoughby officiating.  Interment, White Oak Cemetery.
