ALVERDA COOK

  Mrs. Alverda Pearl (Heiple) Cook, aged 22, wife of Merle Cook, died last 
Sunday morning at the home of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. N. T. Heiple, of Indian 
Head, after an illness of several weeks of a complication of diseases.  She is 
survived by her parents, her husband, and these brothers and sisters: Mrs. Karl 
Shaffer, of Ralphton; George M. Heiple, of Blough; Ray, Charles and Verna M. 
Heiple, all at home.  Funeral services were conducted Tuesday morning in the 
Horner Lutheran Church, near Stoyestown.  Rev. H. C. Gonso, pastor of the Church 
of God, officiated.  Interment in the Horner Lutheran Church Cemetery.
