  Crystal Cook, Hyndman RD 1, was dead on arrival at Memorial Hospital,
  Cumberland, Md., Feb. 10, 1988, following an automobile accident.  She was
  born in Cumberland, Md., July 8, 1960, the only child of Ray T. Cook, with
  whom she resided, and the late Margerite (Sites) Cook.
  She is also survived by her maternal grandmother, Lena Sites Stephens, of
  Westernport, Md.  She was a 1978 graduate of Hyndman High School, a 1980
  graduate of dental assistant class at Allegany Community College,
  Cumberland, Md., and was class president.  She earned certification as a
  registered nurse at ACC and was formerly employed by the late Dr. William
  Fridinger as a dental assistant.  She also worked as a registered nurse at
  Children's Hospital, Pittsburgh; West Virginia University Hospital,
  Morgantown, WV and Fallston General Hospital, Baltimore, Md.  Friends were
  received in the Harvey H. Zeigler Funeral Home, Hyndman where services were
  conducted Sunday at 3 p.m. by the Rev. Emil Fischer.  Interment, Hyndman
  Cemetery.
