His father was killed in a grade-crossing accident here 25 years ago. Surviving are his mother and these brothers and sisters: James L. Cook, football coach at Ebensburg High School; Paul and Katherine L. Cook, both of Huntington; Mrs. W. H. Hahn, Meyersdale, and his grandmother, Mrs. J. M. Cook. Funeral services will be conducted at 2:30 o'clock Friday afternoon at the home of his mother at 313 Broadway Street by Rev. Howard K. Hilner, pastor of the Zion Lutheran Church. Interment will be in the Union Cemetery under the direction of W. C. Price & Son, Meyersdale morticians.
