  Jesse L. Cook, 77, Cairnbrook RD 1, died May 21, 1984, at Memorial
  Hospital. He was born March 1, 1907, in Glencoe.  Son of late George H. and
  Anna M. (Harsh) Cook.  He was preceded in death by granddaughter, Jennifer,
  and brothers, Harry, Walter and Clyde. He is survived by widow, former,
  Erma C. Sines; first wife, Clara (Gomer) Lowery; and these children:
  Robert, Schertz, Texas; George; Anna, wife of Ronald Kimble; Rose Wiland;
  Roger, Harvey; and Carol Jean, wife of Dwight Lepley, all of Meyersdale;
  Lester, York; Irene, wife of Herman Swope; Jesse Jr., Brother ton; Janet,
  wife of Michael Lockett, Goose Creek, S.C.; Karen, wife of Harry Harbaugh,
  Mount Carmel; Tina, wife of David Lowry, and Patsy, wife of Jerry Davis,
  both of Shanksville; and Shawn, at home; also 24 grandchildren and two
  great-grandchildren.  He was the brother of Margaret, wife of Russell
  Foust, Johnstown, and Julia, wife of Palmer Wagner, Berlin.
  He was a member of First Church of the Nazarene, Johnstown.  Friends were
  received at Charles E. Brumbaugh Funeral Home, Central City, where services
  were held with the Rev. Louis W. Staubs.  Interment, Mount Lebanon Cemetery,
  Glencoe.
