Cook, Josiah

  Josiah Cook, of Hyndman, died Sunday morning at the age of 72 years. The 
funeral was held on Tuesday afternoon. Josiah Cook was a native of Wellersburg 
and was a veteran of the Civil War. He is survived by his widow and four 
children: John, Mrs. Herman Altfather, Rose and Katie all at home and the 
following brothers and sisters, E. L. of Johnstown, Jonas of Somerset; Jesse, of 
Cumberland, Mrs. William Deal, of Meyersdale and Mrs. Carpenter, of Hyndman.
