  Melba A. Cook, 62, of Ravenna, Ohio. died April 12, 1989, in Robinson
  Memorial Hospital, Ravenna, Ohio.  She was born July 14, 1926. in Rockwood,
  daughter of the late Walter and Roseann (Fletcher) Dunmyer.  She is survived
  by her husband. Samuel Cook Jr.; and these children: Yavonne, wife of Dennis
  Novak of Edinburg, Ohio; and Walter of Ravenna, Ohio; one grandson. Also a
  sister, Betty Schaffer of Somerset.  Friends will be received in the
  Leckemby Funeral Home, Meyersdale, Saturday, 7-9 p.m., where services will
  be Sunday at 2 p.m. with the Rev. James L. Fish officiating.  Interment,
  Union Cemetery.
