  Patricia Ann (Fiedor) Cook, 55, Uniontown, died Friday Oct. 11, 1996, in
  the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center.  Born April 17, 1941, in
  Amend, Pa., daughter of the late Frank and Bertha (Muzydla) Fiedor.  In
  addition to her parents, she was predeceased by an infant daughter,
  Christine; a sister, Anne Hathoway; and brothers Rudy and Henry Fiedor. 
  Survived by two children, Gina Cook Faddis and husband, Charles Samuel,
  with the U.S. Department of State, Ankara, Turkey; son, Cpt. Alfred R.
  Cook, USMC, 29 Palms, Calif.; four grandchildren; two brothers, John Fiedor
  of Uniontown and Frank Fiedor of Aurora, Ill.  She was a member of St.
  Joseph's Roman Catholic Church.  Friends will be received in the Haky
  Funeral Home, 139 W. Fayette St. Uniontown, from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Monday
  and Tuesday until 9 a.m., when a blessing service will be held followed by
  a Mass of Christian Burial at 9:30 a.m. in St. Joseph Roman Catholic
  Church, Fr. Alexander Pleban as celebrant.  Interment will follow in St.
  Joseph Cemetery, Hopwood, Pa.
