  Ryan J. Cook Jr., 15 months 729 Railroad Street, Windber died July 11, 2006, at
  Childrens' Hospital, Pittsburgh. Born April 2, 2005, in Johnstown son of Ryan
  J., Sr. and Leah (Hamilton) Cook. Survived by parents, Windber, brother Owen,
  at home, maternal grandmother Darlene Siska, Windber, maternal grandfather
  David Baker, Calif, paternal grandparents Don and Jean (Naskali), Richland, and
  friend Steven McTonic, Jerome. Friends received from 10 a.m. until time of
  service at noon Saturday at Meek & Dalla Valle Funeral Home Inc., Windber. The
  Rev. Earl Crissman, officiating. Memorials may be made to Ryan's family to
  assist with expenses.
