  COOLEY
  
  Bertha Cooley, 84, of 1208 Sycamore St., Connellsville, died July 6, 1986,
  in the Highlands Hospital and Health Center, Connellsville.  Born Oct. 1,
  1901 in Grantsville, Md., a daughter of the late Elishia and Sarah Ellen
  (Mort) Ringer.  A resident of Connellsville for most of her life and also
  had been a resident of the Confluence area.  Former employee of the
  Connellsville YMCA and a member of the Trinity Lutheran Church in
  Connellsville.  Survived by two daughters: Mrs. Mary Ann Felgar of Berlin
  and Mrs. Jeanne Miller of Connellsville; five grandchildren.  Preceded in
  death by her husband, Omer H. Cooley on Jan. 18, 1986; two brothers: Howard
  Ringer and Ferris Ringer; five sisters: Rebecca Ringer, Lucinda Butler,
  Oliver Ringer, Hattie Eichorn and Grace Colflesh.  Friends will be received
  2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. Tuesday at the Brooks Funeral Home, Inc., 111 East
  Green St., Connellsville, where services will be held Wednesday at 1 p.m.,
  the Rev. G.C. Waldkoenig officiating.  Interment, St. Paul's Cemetery, Fort
  Hill, Pa.
