FRANK COOPER

  Attorney Frank Cooper, aged about 56 years, a member of the Somerset Bar 
Association, died at his home in Wellersburg, at 7 o'clock last Thursday 
evening.  He had been ill for two years.
  Mr. Cooper was a native of Philadelphia and was a graduate of the University 
of Pennsylvania School of Engineering.
  He prepared for the law in Somerset and was admitted to membership in the 
legal profession about 20 years ago.  He remained in Somerset for several years 
before returning to Wellersburg where he had land interests.  He is survived by 
his wife, a member of the Fechtig family of Wellersburg and one brother, 
Attorney Samuel Cooper of Philadelphia.
  Funeral services were conducted in the Episcopal Church in Mt. Savage, Md., at 
1:30 Sunday afternoon.
