Cooper, 82, Hollsopple, died June 29, 1999, in Johnstown. Born July 10, 1916, son of the late Frank E. and Nell M. (Shaffer) Cooper. Survived by wife, June (Stafford), and children: Richard F. Jr., Hollsopple; Judith C., married to James F. Beaver, Jennerstown; and Susan, married to Americo Andrade, Cambridge, Mass.; and grandchildren, Joshua C. and Kathryn S. Beaver, and Tess S. Andrade. Member of Trinity Lutheran Church, Johnstown. Owner of F. E. Cooper Lumber Corp. He was a lieutenant in the Army Air Corps in World War II, where he flew the B-25. Friends received from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m., Friday at the John Henderson Company Funeral Home, Johnstown, where funeral service will be held at 10 a.m., Saturday. Committal at Grandview Cemetery.
