  CORBETT
  
  Clarinda Perrott Corbett, 71, formerly of Somerset, died July 9, 1983, in
  Chicago, Ill.  She was preceded in death by her husband Robert F.
  Corbett.  She is survived by two daughters, Mrs. R. Thomas Howell, Jr., and
  Clarinda Corbett, both of Chicago, and three grandchildren.  Mrs. Corbett
  was born in Beaver Falls, Pa.  After graduating from Carnegie-Mellon
  University with a B.F.A., she subsequently taught art for nine years in the
  Dormont, Pa. school system.  During her thirty-five year residence in
  Somerset, Mrs. Corbett was an active member of the community, serving as
  president of the Somerset Welfare League and the Somerset County Artists'
  Association.  She continued her art work during her residence in Somerset
  and exhibited throughout the county.  In addition Mrs. Corbett served as
  vice-president of the Bill Finance Corporation.  In lieu of flowers,
  contributions may be made to a special memorial fund at Laurel Arts.
