Coslic, 91, of Berlin RD 1, died Sept. 14, 1998, at Rest Assured Living Center, Meyersdale. Born Aug. 11, 1907, in Glencoe, a son of John and Harriet (Hutzell) Coslic. Preceded in death by parents; wife, the former Gladys Hutzell, sisters, Sarah Keefer and Lydia Shroyer, and an infant son, Melvin. Survived by these sons: Lester, married former LaVerne Suder and Ernest, married to former Norma Shockey, both of Berlin; and Dr. Terry, married to former Nang Kamultara of Shanksville; seven grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. Also a brother, Leo, of Somerset. Retired coal miner and farmer. He started the Kremmerer Cemetery Association. Family will receive friends from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at Deaner Funeral Home, Berlin, where service will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday. Rev. Ralph G. Landis officiating. Interment, Mt. Lebanon Cemetery, Glencoe. Instead of flowers, contributions may be given to the Kremmerer Cemetery Fund, in care of Lester Coslic, 709 Main Street, Berlin, Pa. 15530.
