  Grace Costello, 83, 1303 Maplehurst Drive, Somerset, died Sunday, Dec. 31,
  1995, at Allegheny General Hospital.  Born July 14, 1912 in Tarentum,
  daughter of Felix and Georganne (Johns) Protin.  Preceded in death by
  sister, Betty Protin, and brother, Louis Protin.  Survived by husband,
  Joseph; daughter, Mrs. Ronald (Betty Jo) Waggoner, Somerset; brother,
  William Protin, Belle Vernon; grandchildren: Joseph Waggoner and Kyra Jo
  Morris, and great-grandchildren: Justin Morris, Shanna Morris and Daniel
  Waggoner.  Member of Methodist Church.  Moved to Somerset in 1993. 
  Formerly of Belle Vernon.  Friends received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.
  today (Tuesday) at Ferguson Funeral Home Inc., Belle Vernon, where service
  will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, the Rev. Dr. Thomas St. Clair of First
  United Methodist Church, Belle Vernon, officiating.  Interment, Belle
  Vernon Cemetery.
