ALEXANDER COUGHENOUR

  Alexander Coughenour, 79, died Friday morning at his home in Glen Savage.   He 
had been in poor health for two years.
  Surviving are his wife, and the following children: Mrs. Harry Glessner, 
Newell, N.J.; Mrs. Charles Manges, Akron, Ohio; and Mrs. Walter Johnson, Canton, 
O.  Thirteen grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren also survive, as well 
as two sisters, Mrs. Jane Burkett, Turtle Creek, and Julia Coughenour, Somerset, 
and a brother, S. G. Coughenour, Glen Savage.
  Funeral services were conducted at 2:30 Monday afternoon in the Mt. Zion 
Lutheran Church near Glen Savage, Rev. H. M. Petrea, pastor, officiating.  
Interment in the church cemetery under the direction of Johnson & Son, Berlin.
