  MRS. JAMES B. COUGHENOUR
  
    Mary E. Coughenour, 93, Confluence, died Jan. 15, 1973, in Somerset
  County Home for the Aged in Berlin.  Born Aug. 2, 1872, on Confluence RD,
  she was a daughter of the late William and Rhoda (Anderson) Ream.  She was
  preceded in death by her husband, James B. Coughenour.
    Surviving are two sons, Stanton Clifford Shipley of Confluence, and Ray
  K. Shipley, New Kensington; three grandchildren, five great-grandchildren
  and one great-great-grandchild; also three sisters, Mrs. Pearl Feit,
  Chicago, Ill.; Mrs. Rose Ream, Confluence; and Verna Sample of Claysville.
    Funeral service was held last Thursday in Humbert Funeral Home,
  Confluence, with Rev. Arthur Gotjen officiating.  Interment in the Baptist
  Cemetery.
